    CLASS DESCRIPTION

    DANCEHALL is a popular Jamaican music that emerged in the late 1970s as a variant of reggae. Dancehall is similar to ragga, with electronic instrumentation and a modern, faster rhythm.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    To take part in this class, you need to bring lightweight but comfortable sportswear, as well as trainers or tennis shoes that are only used for the class and in the indoor area, so that they stay clean.

    TEACHER

    Originally from the island of Saint-Martin and Haiti, Jasmine’s roots lie in dance.

    Like many young girls, JaZ spent four years studying classical and modern jazz at the Ferney-Voltaire Conservatoire.

    It was later through her fitness training that she was given the opportunity in 2005 to teach hip-hop to children…

    In 2007, she took part in the Swiss HipHop competition, and in 2008 she performed with two of her children’s and teenage classes……
