JUSTE DEBOUT SUISSE

Juste Debout is the world’s largest gathering of stand-up Hip Hop dances. The Swiss selections are a must for initiated and passionate dancers.

Le Juste Debout brings together over 4,000 dancers, selected after a two-month international tour. The final will take place in Paris on March 3, 2019 at the Accor Hotels Arena, attracting over 16,000 spectators from all over the world.

Selections take place in 15 countries: Thailand, USA, Austria, Spain, Belgium, China, Ivory Coast, South Korea, France, Italy, Sweden, UK, China, Germany and Switzerland.

On Saturday, February 9, 2019, 4 disciplines will be represented at Juste Debout Suisse: Hip Hop, House, Popping and Locking. In all disciplines, dancers will compete in quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals. One team will be chosen as the winner in each discipline, and selected to travel to Paris to take part in the international Juste Debout final.

11 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Confirmation of dancers’ registrations
1:30 pm: Preselections (closed to the public)
2:30 p.m.: On-site box office opens
3pm: Doors open
3:30 p.m.: Start of Juste Debout Suisse
11 p.m.: End of Juste Debout Suisse

BATTLES REGISTRATION

To take part, simply register as a duo for the hip hop, popping, locking and house categories. Registration is exclusively via the form below, until Thursday February 7. No registration on the day of the event.

A dancer is allowed to compete in more than one category, and may take part in more than one pre-selection, up to a limit of three different cities. Only one routine per battle is allowed for dancers.

Les frais d’inscription sont de 10CHF/10€ par danseur. Payment must be made in cash on the day of the event. If possible, please bring extra money.

Saturday, February 9, 2019, dancers are expected between 11am and 12pm at the Alhambra to confirm their registration and pay the fee of 10CHF/10€ per person.
